Case: Orloff
Orloff Firmatøj makes it easy to order workwear
When Orloff Firmatøj, one of Denmark's leading suppliers of promotional wear and workwear, contacted Hesehus, the company had a clear vision: it wanted to make it easy and flexible for companies to order workwear online. The idea was to develop an online order system that matches the customers' increasing demands for service and functionality and thus differentiate Orloff Firmatøj from competitors on central parameters such as flexibility and efficiency.
The craftsman orders workwear online
To ensure the highest degree of flexibility, the order system is designed as a login-based webshop in which the individual craftsman can log in and order his workwear based on the selection that the person responsible for workwear in the craftsman's company has decided to offer the employees. The individual craftsman can surf through the available selection of workwear, see 360-degree product pictures in all available colours and read detailed product descriptions in which the unique qualities and functionality of the clothes are described and subsequently order the clothes he likes best.
Unlike a standard webshop, the craftsman "pays" with points, a specific amount in an account or based on a certain number of items defined by the individual company. If the user is set up to pay with points, all products in the available selection will be marked with a specific amount of points which will be deducted from the user's account if the product is put in the shopping basket and ordered. In this way, the craftsman can always see how many points he has left to buy workwear for.
Customised to the individual company
With Orloff's flexible order system, the individual company can have exactly the set-up that fits best to its needs and that is easiest for the employees to navigate. By setting up different employee groups and product categories, the person responsible for workwear can decide which products the employees may choose, whether they can see the price or not and whether they can buy for more than the specific amount of points if they pay the difference themselves.
According to agreement with Orloff Firmatøj, it is also possible to upload unique product images of the range of products which the company has selected, allowing the employees to see the clothes with the company's logo. If the responsibility for ordering workwear lies with the person responsible for workwear as opposed to the individual craftsman, the system is also able to take this into account. With an administrator login, the person responsible for workwear can order clothes for the employees in one large order and constantly maintain an overview as all employees are entered in the system with names and specific sizes.
The company decides on delivery
The system is set up to handle whether the individual company wants orders delivered to a certain main address or several of its subdivisions. If the delivery address is always the same for all employees, this is indicated from the beginning, but if the employees have a choice between several different subdivisions, they will be presented with the possible addresses. It is also possible to enter a random address in the system which means that the products can be delivered to the employees' home addresses. Finally, it is of course possible to collect the order from one of Orloff Firmatøj's shops.
